Supports commercial insurance underwriters with new and renewal accounts by gathering and entering data into pricing models, analyzing exposure, loss, and coverage, managing workflows, processing ratings and policy transactions, responding to service requests, and maintaining accurate documentation and compliance. Collaborates with underwriters, brokers, agents, and business partners in a high-volume environment.

Supports underwriters with new and renewal commercial insurance accounts by collecting and entering pricing data, conducting preliminary risk, loss, and coverage analyses, managing workflows through policy issuance, processing endorsements and cancellations, auditing policies, responding to service requests, and ensuring documentation, quality, and compliance standards are met.

Assists with underwriting a middle-market commercial property and casualty portfolio, including new business and renewals. Responsibilities include risk and exposure analysis, policy terms and pricing negotiation, account documentation, adherence to underwriting guidelines, broker relationship development, marketing, cross-business collaboration, and timely customer service. The role requires sound judgment, strong analytical, communication, negotiation, organization, and presentation skills, along with a commitment to continuous insurance-industry learning.
