Leads integrated marketing and communications strategies across internal and external audiences. Advises senior leaders, manages talent and agency partnerships, strengthens brand expression, oversees content and communications channels, evaluates performance through analytics, and guides responsible AI adoption. Leads cross-functional initiatives while managing budgets, timelines, stakeholders, and enterprise alignment across North American and global teams.

Manage and settle automobile and general liability claims with minimal supervision. Investigate, evaluate, set reserves, negotiate settlements, manage litigation and retained counsel, attend mediations, prepare client/broker reports, oversee independent adjusters, and support client management and claims marketing activities.

Provide technical risk assessments and advisory services across multiple commercial insurance lines. Support underwriting, claims, and brokers with mitigation strategies, loss analysis, client workshops, training, and implementation of innovative risk-evaluation tools. Lead risk reviews, influence portfolio strategy, mentor colleagues, and represent the firm at industry events. Travel ~30% across Canada and the US.
