Lead a team managing internal and external reinsurance financial reporting, regulatory compliance, P&L analysis, broker/reinsurer coordination, cash settlements, reconciliations, and collateral management. Drive process improvements, support planning and accounting initiatives, provide technical accounting guidance, and present insights to senior management while collaborating with actuarial, claims, and finance stakeholders.

Lead and grow the national cyber insurance practice by underwriting new business and renewals, negotiating policy terms, managing key broker and client relationships, driving profitable portfolio growth, executing national prospecting initiatives, and coordinating with operations and technology teams to improve processes, compliance, and service delivery.

Lead Canada-wide surety claims for high-exposure contract and construction matters. Set claims strategy, direct litigation and recovery, manage reserves and budgets, and mentor a multidisciplinary claims team. Serve as legal advisor to underwriting and senior leadership, align Canadian practices with global governance, engage external counsel and partners, and represent the firm in industry forums. Drive loss mitigation, recovery strategies, and continuous improvement to protect financial and reputational outcomes.
