Responds to automotive internet leads, calls, texts, and emails; answers vehicle and pricing questions; builds customer relationships; schedules and confirms dealership appointments; follows up with prospects, missed appointments, and unsold traffic; records interactions in VinSolutions CRM; monitors appointment and sales metrics; and coordinates customer handoffs to sales staff.

Sell new and used vehicles by building customer relationships, assessing needs, demonstrating vehicles, explaining products and options, overcoming objections, and following up with buyers to generate referrals. The role includes ongoing product and sales training, reporting to the Sales Manager, and working flexible hours and weekends.
