Manages a portfolio of dental benefits clients, serving as the primary relationship contact and trusted advisor. The role also mentors junior team members and collaborates with Claims, Eligibility, Provider Relations, and Finance teams.

Supports accounting operations across multiple entities by preparing reconciliations, processing claims and provider payments, managing payables workflows, handling refunds and EFT setup, assisting with audits and compliance reporting, and supporting 1099 reporting. The role also investigates discrepancies, maintains financial records, documents procedures, tests systems, and improves accounting workflows.
