Support development and maintenance of a dental provider network through recruitment, provider relations, contract processing, compliance, issue resolution, training, and coordination with internal teams. Conduct site visits, handle provider inquiries, and assist outreach to meet network adequacy and retention goals.

Coordinate client reporting and deliverables, liaise between Client Services and internal teams, maintain organized account documentation and trackers, identify and resolve reporting discrepancies, support process improvements, and assist Account Executives and Sales Coordinators to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery in a healthcare/managed care environment.

Provide administrative and logistical support for Market Operations including scheduling, documentation, reporting, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely client implementations, renewals, and process improvements.

Perform high-volume audits (~1,250/month) of claims, group setups, and provider compensation; analyze claims data, document findings, partner with Operations/Compliance/IT to implement corrections, and support process improvements and reporting.

Lead implementation of regulatory and contractual requirements across Commercial, Exchange, Medicaid, and Medicare lines. Monitor and interpret regulations, maintain a requirements repository, coordinate cross-functional implementation and validation, manage audits and corrective actions, maintain compliance plans and dashboards, oversee HIPAA incident management and training, conduct risk assessments, and report findings to leadership and the Board.
