Coordinate student enrollment, registration, lottery, waitlist, and re-enrollment processes. Provide information to prospective families, conduct outreach and parent sessions, maintain student records and residency documentation, synchronize SchoolMint and Infinite Campus data, produce enrollment reports, support standardized testing, onboard new students, and process transcript and student-information requests.

Provides emergency and non-emergency nursing care to students, faculty, and staff when the school nurse is absent. Manages chronic diseases and disabilities, follows care plans and medical orders, documents services, and complies with health policies, regulations, and privacy requirements. This is an on-call, part-time substitute position assigned according to operational needs.

Lead the pre-opening planning and launch of a K-6 classical charter school. Recruit and develop faculty, establish culture, implement curriculum and systems, ensure operational and regulatory compliance, manage budget and special education services, and represent the school to families and stakeholders.
