Lead the pre-opening planning and launch of a K-6 classical charter school. Recruit and develop faculty, establish culture, implement curriculum and systems, ensure operational and regulatory compliance, manage budget and special education services, and represent the school to families and stakeholders.

Manage school budgeting, purchasing, and reporting for curriculum materials and supplies; oversee the resource room, curriculum materials, and teacher support hub; handle purchase orders, forms, and payments for clubs; coordinate with school leadership and charter management finance and HR teams.
