Manage the overall operations and performance of a 136-unit affordable housing community. Oversee HUD Section 8 and LIHTC compliance, applications, collections, recertifications, reporting, inspections, budgeting, vendors, and resident relations. Supervise leasing, assistant management, and maintenance staff while ensuring timely unit turns, work order completion, curb appeal, regulatory compliance, and positive resident experiences.

Supports management of a 200-unit affordable housing community, including HUD Section 8 and Tax Credit applications, rent collections, annual recertifications, compliance, filing, customer service, inspections, maintenance coordination, unit turns, work orders, and supervision of office personnel such as leasing agents.

Assists the Community Manager with daily operations of a 299-unit affordable housing property. Responsibilities include processing HUD Section 8 and tax-credit applications, rent collection, annual recertifications, compliance, filing, customer service, inspections, maintenance coordination, unit turns, work orders, curb appeal, and supervision of office staff such as leasing agents.
