Manage and grow customer accounts across a broad territory for heavy-industry products. Meet sales targets, develop new business, provide value-based selling and competitive market intelligence, negotiate pricing, forecast and plan sales, and support customer satisfaction through technical knowledge and onsite engagement.

Greet and direct visitors, answer phones, manage mail and shipments, maintain reception area and listings, support office administrative tasks, coordinate supplies and events, assist Office Manager, and ensure professional, timely front-desk operations.

Develops new business opportunities across the Benelux by assessing markets, engaging customers, creating go-to-market strategies, and leading projects from opportunity evaluation through commercialization. Coordinates pilot and industrial trials with customers and internal teams, manages project documentation and CRM records, and collaborates with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and innovation stakeholders to build profitable, sustainable growth models.

Supports sourcing strategy and procurement initiatives across an assigned geography. Responsibilities include managing spot buys, supplier selection and qualification, negotiations, contract implementation, total cost of ownership improvements, supplier performance, contract compliance, buying channels, and stakeholder collaboration. The role operates across office, industrial, mining, and mineral-processing environments and requires travel up to 50%.

Supports and improves plant automation, controls, electrical systems, HMIs, instrumentation, and process-control equipment. Designs, programs, documents, calibrates, tunes, troubleshoots, and maintains industrial automation systems while coordinating plant, division, corporate, maintenance, and production teams. Uses SQL, historians, SPC, and networking tools to improve efficiency, safety, quality, and reliability. Provides plant IT support, leads automation projects, develops procedures, and trains electricians and team members.

Manage divisional capital and mechanical projects across plants: scope, feasibility, cost estimates, design review, and execution. Provide mechanical engineering support, reliability and maintenance prioritization, root-cause investigations, SOPs, training, and capital budget support. Work closely with operations and travel frequently to sites.
