Provide health and safety support for Houston and South Texas terminals and fleet. Ensure OSHA and DOT compliance, maintain training and incident records, lead inspections and safety programs, support audits and investigations, manage compliance systems (Motive, NECS, Omnitracs), and coordinate safety training and incentives. Travel up to 40% between terminals and perform physical site access duties.

Lead day-to-day plant and underground operations; manage safety, production, maintenance, mining, quality, compliance, budgeting, and financial performance. Set targets, implement strategic plans, drive KPIs, ensure product/process quality and FSMA/CGMP compliance, develop and mentor staff, oversee capital projects, and represent the plant to community and stakeholders. Travel up to 20%.

Greet and direct visitors, answer phones, manage mail and shipments, maintain reception area and listings, support office administrative tasks, coordinate supplies and events, assist Office Manager, and ensure professional, timely front-desk operations.

Provide engineering support for plant process control, PLC/HMI/SCADA programming, OT networking, data acquisition/storage and reporting. Troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems, implement automation improvements, maintain network architecture, and support plant upgrades and MES/Historian integration.

Lead development and execution of mid- and long-term corporate and asset strategies, design strategic initiatives, analyze markets and performance, prepare executive decision materials and KPIs, run cross-functional project teams, coordinate consultants, monitor project progress, and evaluate effectiveness to produce actionable recommendations.

Perform hands-on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems for heavy machinery, conveyors, kilns, and plant infrastructure to minimize downtime and support safe operations.

Oversee all plant and quarry operations including safety, production, maintenance, quality, compliance, budgeting, and team development. Set goals, monitor KPIs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met.

Manage divisional capital and mechanical projects across plants: scope, feasibility, cost estimates, design review, and execution. Provide mechanical engineering support, reliability and maintenance prioritization, root-cause investigations, SOPs, training, and capital budget support. Work closely with operations and travel frequently to sites.

Perform general plant labor and housekeeping, assist with loading, remove waste, operate and help maintain heavy equipment and kiln systems, perform inspections, follow safety and environmental rules, and cross-train in entry-level plant roles.

Lead financial modeling, valuation, and strategic planning to support capital investments, operational improvements, acquisitions, and executive decision-making. Partner cross-functionally to build forecasts, strategic reports, KPI tracking, variance analysis, and present actionable insights to leadership.

Lead process engineering projects for lime/hydrate manufacturing: troubleshoot equipment/process issues, perform audits and statistical analysis, plan capital projects, support commissioning, develop SOPs and training, optimize process efficiency and waste reduction, and provide technical guidance to plant personnel.
