Lead development and execution of mid- and long-term corporate and asset strategies, design strategic initiatives, analyze markets and performance, prepare executive decision materials and KPIs, run cross-functional project teams, coordinate consultants, monitor project progress, and evaluate effectiveness to produce actionable recommendations.

Perform general plant labor across quarry, kiln, and shipping areas; operate and monitor heavy equipment; support kiln operations, maintenance, and outages; conduct inspections, housekeeping, inventory measurement, and quality testing; follow safety, SOPs, and documentation requirements; cross-train for multiple positions.

Perform hands-on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems for heavy machinery, conveyors, kilns, and plant infrastructure to minimize downtime and support safe operations.

Supervise day-to-day plant production for lime processing, leading kiln crews to meet safety, quality, and production targets. Coordinate production planning, downtime tracking, maintenance priorities, training, SQF and environmental compliance, and continuous improvement efforts.

Oversee all plant and quarry operations including safety, production, maintenance, quality, compliance, budgeting, and team development. Set goals, monitor KPIs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met.

Manage divisional capital and mechanical projects across plants: scope, feasibility, cost estimates, design review, and execution. Provide mechanical engineering support, reliability and maintenance prioritization, root-cause investigations, SOPs, training, and capital budget support. Work closely with operations and travel frequently to sites.

Lead day-to-day plant and underground operations; manage safety, production, maintenance, mining, quality, compliance, budgeting, and financial performance. Set targets, implement strategic plans, drive KPIs, ensure product/process quality and FSMA/CGMP compliance, develop and mentor staff, oversee capital projects, and represent the plant to community and stakeholders. Travel up to 20%.

Perform electrical and instrumentation inspections, repairs and rebuilds on plant equipment to ensure continuous operation. Troubleshoot and maintain motor control circuits, motors, drives, switchgear (up to 2300V), process control loops, gas analyzers, VFDs, belt-weighing devices and air dryers. Complete preventive maintenance, work orders in CMMS, electrical testing, terminations, conduit fabrication, soldering, basic calculations, and recordkeeping using Microsoft Office/Excel. Follow safety and regulatory requirements and participate in company training/certifications.

Perform general plant labor and housekeeping, assist with loading, remove waste, operate and help maintain heavy equipment and kiln systems, perform inspections, follow safety and environmental rules, and cross-train in entry-level plant roles.

Lead financial modeling, valuation, and strategic planning to support capital investments, operational improvements, acquisitions, and executive decision-making. Partner cross-functionally to build forecasts, strategic reports, KPI tracking, variance analysis, and present actionable insights to leadership.

Lead process engineering projects for lime/hydrate manufacturing: troubleshoot equipment/process issues, perform audits and statistical analysis, plan capital projects, support commissioning, develop SOPs and training, optimize process efficiency and waste reduction, and provide technical guidance to plant personnel.
