Support the Glass Application team to scale lab innovations to industrial implementation: run lab tests, develop methodologies, support CAPEX, organize and conduct industrial and field trials across Europe, perform market and IP research, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Lead hourly recruitment for East Lime and Minerals divisions: source and attract candidates, manage screening and interviews, prepare offer letters, support onboarding and new-hire orientation, maintain Workday HRIS data and recruitment records, partner with hiring managers and external partners, support TA and HR initiatives including community outreach and recruitment analytics.

Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on plant equipment including inspections, PMs, troubleshooting and rebuilds of crushers, conveyors, drives, motors, PLCs, hydraulics and pneumatics; maintain inventory, safety compliance, and participate in training.
