Process and apply customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards), post daily, reconcile lockbox files, investigate and resolve unapplied/misapplied payments, communicate with internal teams and customers, prepare cash application reports, maintain records, support process improvements, and manage customer/internal inquiries.

Serve as a trusted state-level advocate, identify and refer public safety agencies to Lexipol, submit leads via the referral process, maintain relationships, track referral outcomes, and provide market feedback to Lexipol's Strategic Alliances team. Develop, research, review, and publish policy-related training content (DTBs and other materials) for public safety and local government clients. Collaborate with subject-matter experts, ensure accreditation alignment, maintain quality and accuracy, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.

Lead product strategy, positioning, and lifecycle for the Policy product portfolio. Drive portfolio growth, pricing, roadmaps, and go-to-market while managing and developing product managers and technical product owners. Align cross-functional teams, oversee product development, pilots, KPIs, and integrate AI capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes for public safety customers.

Lead and coach a remote SDR team (10-12) to meet meeting and demo goals, improve lead qualification and Salesforce data quality, collaborate with sales leaders on prospecting plans, and increase SDR retention and quota attainment for public safety/government SaaS sales.

Lead and scale Lexipol's FP&A function, delivering strategic planning, forecasting, KPI reporting, budgeting, and M&A financial analysis. Partner with the CFO, executive team, PE stakeholders, and operational leaders to inform investment and growth decisions. Build modeling, automation, and AI-enhanced forecasting capabilities while developing and mentoring the FP&A team.

Provide phone, email, and chat technical support for an online learning platform. Troubleshoot issues, perform bug triage and incident management via Jira, document contacts in Salesforce CRM, meet case-resolution and CSAT targets, and collaborate cross-departmentally to improve product performance.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for learning SaaS products. Drive cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading features, define requirements, use data-driven KPIs, support go-to-market, and contribute to M&A efforts while mentoring product teams and aligning products to business goals.
