Manage and grow a B2B sales territory across Greater Toronto and Eastern Ontario. Build customer relationships, identify opportunities, recommend tailored industrial safety solutions, prepare proposals, manage pipeline activity in Salesforce, cross-sell services, attend industry events, and meet revenue and profitability goals. Requires outside sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, a valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and regular regional travel.

Coordinate daily workflow across customer service, service administration, warehouse, and branch operations. Resolve escalations, monitor KPIs, support order entry, quotes, shipping, tenders, onboarding, coaching, process improvements, facility needs, and contractor coordination. This hands-on role requires strong organization, communication, judgment, and willingness to support varied operational priorities.

Supports recruitment, candidate communications, interview scheduling, offers, pre-employment requirements, onboarding, employee and manager HR inquiries, record maintenance, HR systems, training and compliance tracking, and HR initiatives.
