Own Levitate’s outbound email revenue program from planning through reporting, including prospect segmentation, deliverability infrastructure, list hygiene, experimentation, AI-powered automation, and performance analysis. Manage revenue targets, optimize campaigns for booked demos and close rates, and partner with sales, qualification, and customer success teams. Maintain accurate reporting, identify operational issues early, and improve channel efficiency over time.

Own Levitate’s outbound email revenue program end to end, including send planning, deliverability infrastructure, HubSpot targeting data, experimentation, AI-enabled automation, and performance reporting. Manage revenue targets, optimize email efficiency and downstream conversion, maintain list quality, and collaborate with sales, inbound qualification, and customer success. The role is onsite in Raleigh, North Carolina, and requires strong data fluency, operational ownership, and hands-on experience using large language models.

Guide new clients through platform implementation, including setup, onboarding, integrations, and data migration. Lead implementation calls, coordinate handoffs among Sales, Support, and Customer Success, troubleshoot challenges with Support and Engineering, document customer updates, manage deadlines, and use AI tools to clean and prepare onboarding spreadsheets.

Lead a small revenue marketing team to drive demand generation across email, organic, paid, and inbound. Own pipeline and revenue targets, attribution, data integrity, tooling, TAM expansion, market intelligence, and AI-driven automation while partnering with sales, product, data, and engineering.
