The role requires balancing strategic planning, client communication, technical problem-solving, and hands-on campaign execution to improve lead generation and conversion results.

Creates customized B2B and B2C email, social media, blog, and newsletter content for diverse clients. Refines visual deliverables, handles client revisions, develops HTML newsletters, uses AI tools to streamline content production, manages multiple assignments in ClickUp, and researches industry-specific topics while meeting deadlines and maintaining brand quality.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll focus on cold calling small businesses, booking demos for Senior Account Executives, and ensuring prospects attend their meetings, while using our CRM for updates.
