Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to hit revenue targets. Own forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking. Provide deal support, refine sales playbooks, partner cross-functionally, manage performance issues, and lead recruiting and onboarding to accelerate ramp and retention.

Manage the full customer journey from onboarding through renewal. Serve as primary customer contact, provide training, maintain customer satisfaction and retention goals, resolve issues with cross-functional teams, and stay updated on product changes.

Produce client-specific social media graphics using Claude Design and refine them in Canva. Learn strategic prompting, adapt designs to brand guidelines, meet deadlines, collaborate with the team, incorporate feedback, and hand off visuals for senior review.
