Lead standardization and maintenance of the enterprise DevOps toolchain. Design scalable CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies, integrate AI-enabled DevOps and AIOps into developer workflows, support production and development environments, provide training and documentation, and measure and improve developer productivity and experience.

Support the German Marketing Team with seasonal channel marketing, PR and media activations, DTC store events, agency coordination, campaign execution, product orders, shooting coordination, and special PR/media projects. The role also involves researching industry trends and best practices, reporting insights, and supporting timely, effective campaign delivery. This is a hybrid internship based in Brussels, beginning December 2026 for 6–12 months.

Designs and leads enterprise observability solutions across metrics, logs, traces, synthetic monitoring, RUM, and business telemetry. Implements instrumentation across cloud-native and legacy systems, applies AI-powered AIOps for anomaly detection and automated remediation, and integrates monitoring into CI/CD and GitOps. The role establishes governance, evaluates tools, partners with engineering teams, and mentors teams on observability, reliability, and operational excellence.
