The Experimentation Data Analyst will analyze A/B testing results, create dashboards, and collaborate with teams to improve eCommerce experiences. Responsibilities include gathering data, developing test hypotheses, measuring performance, and communicating actionable insights.

Lead standardization, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise DevOps toolchain and CI/CD pipelines. Design scalable deployment frameworks (blue-green, canary), integrate AI-enabled DevOps tooling, support production/dev environments, drive developer productivity metrics, provide training and documentation, and promote best practices across engineering teams.

Lead end-to-end statutory reporting and audit delivery for multiple legal entities across Asia, ensuring compliance with IFRS, US and local GAAP, SOX and internal policies. Manage audit execution, review financial statements, resolve complex accounting issues, and ensure timely filings. Own process standardization, continuous improvement, and governance. Engage cross-functional stakeholders and external auditors. Manage and develop a team of COE analysts, driving performance, capability building, and accountability.
