The role focuses on driving online sales and leads while coordinating multiple marketing tasks independently.

Build and maintain relationships with sellers, partners, and customers; support seller onboarding, product listings, pricing, promotions, and platform operations. Resolve queries and concerns, monitor seller satisfaction and performance, coordinate with internal teams, conduct follow-ups, gather feedback, participate in sales campaigns, and prepare relationship activity reports.

Develop, test, and maintain PHP web applications and MySQL databases. Implement features, optimize queries and application performance, integrate user-facing interfaces with server-side logic, troubleshoot software, document modules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role also involves RESTful API and third-party integrations, database security and accuracy, and staying current with web technologies and database best practices.

Oversee daily business operations, coordinate activities, allocate resources, monitor performance metrics, and improve processes. Identify cost-saving opportunities, ensure regulatory compliance, support the operations team, and drive innovation and continuous efficiency improvements. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills, along with proficiency in data analysis tools for reporting.

Supports legal and compliance functions for e-commerce operations by reviewing regulations, drafting and updating commercial agreements, monitoring marketplace and product-listing compliance, supporting consumer protection and dispute resolution, tracking regulatory changes, maintaining legal records, and coordinating with internal teams and external counsel.

Provides timely customer support across multiple channels, assisting with product information, orders, payments, shipping, returns, and exchanges. Resolves complaints and technical issues, escalates when needed, maintains accurate interaction records, and collaborates with internal teams.
