Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, improve job postings and interview processes, and establish consistent evaluation practices. Help optimize recruiting technology, workflows, automation, and employer branding while providing a high-touch candidate experience in a fast-paced, primarily in-office environment.

Own customer marketing and community programs that strengthen relationships, generate advocacy, and support growth. Build customer engagement strategies, peer-learning programs, events, webinars, testimonials, case studies, customer references, and community content. Identify and nurture customer champions while partnering with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing. Establish processes, tools, and reporting to measure community engagement, advocacy, and program impact.

Supports marketing projects, events, social media, brand initiatives, content creation, and product marketing. Responsibilities include coordinating timelines and deliverables, writing website and campaign copy, producing case studies and social content, managing event logistics, proofreading materials, and assisting with product launches and sales enablement.
