Build and lead Letter AI’s first SDR team, recruiting and coaching representatives while creating outbound prospecting strategies, playbooks, sequences, and account prioritization. Drive qualified pipeline and meeting generation, establish performance metrics, analyze conversion and activity data, and collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Revenue Operations on lead handoffs, messaging, and target accounts.

Own full-cycle recruiting for a fast-growing AI startup, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing. Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, improve job postings and interview processes, and establish consistent evaluation practices. Help optimize recruiting technology, workflows, automation, and employer branding while providing a high-touch candidate experience in a fast-paced, primarily in-office environment.

Own customer marketing and community programs that strengthen relationships, generate advocacy, and support growth. Build customer engagement strategies, peer-learning programs, events, webinars, testimonials, case studies, customer references, and community content. Identify and nurture customer champions while partnering with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing. Establish processes, tools, and reporting to measure community engagement, advocacy, and program impact.
