Define, generate, update and release RfQ and Detailed Production Concepts through project lifecycle. Coordinate with production calculation and capacity planning, support equipment installation, manage deviations to LOS, attend launch meetings, and maintain/optimize concepts post-implementation. Identify gaps in standards and support central team updates.

Partner with business leaders to design and execute employee strategy: workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, salary processes, talent management, succession planning, coaching, and HR policy deployment and coordination across HR functions.

Perform accounts payable/receivable and general ledger transactions in the finance ERP, maintain system settings, prepare reporting and audit support, implement procedures and internal controls, and support process improvements and adoption of new technologies for the country.
