Lead local Finance Automation & RPA efforts within the Finance Shared Service Center: identify automation and AI opportunities, gather and validate business requirements, support and coordinate existing automations, liaise with IT and global automation teams, and report pipeline, risks and benefits to management.

Provide 1st/2nd-level IT support, assist 3rd-level support, administer and monitor IT systems, manage identity and access, maintain IT continuity plans, and implement security protections and operational procedures.

Administer and support Microsoft-based digital workplace services including SCCM, Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and Windows 10/11 endpoints. Handle provisioning, deployment, patching, compliance, incident resolution, monitoring, and automation using PowerShell. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams while creating technical documentation and participating in workplace modernization initiatives.
