Supports production equipment and process development, plant implementation, assembly line setup, material flows, manufacturing master data, work instructions, change management, and equipment validation. Provides technical support and training to production teams while coordinating with country, production, and production concept teams. Maintains MRP, MES, bills of material, FMEA, drawings, tooling, layouts, and related manufacturing documentation.

Coordinates plant and country launch activities for automotive wiring-system projects. Responsibilities include managing launch teams, work packages, milestones, CapEx and equipment planning; coordinating samples, ramp-up plans, Run@rate activities, KPIs, risks, corrective actions, and lessons learned; and reporting project status to project leadership. The role requires an engineering degree, at least three years of relevant experience, and French and English proficiency.

Leads the development and global standardization of talent acquisition processes, tools, policies, employer branding, HR marketing, talent attraction, and recruiting programs. Manages the applicant tracking system, supports key users, analyzes recruiting trends, implements digital best practices, and steers global talent acquisition projects. The role also supports selection for key positions and requires fluent French and English, at least five years of experience, and strong change management, communication, and intercultural skills.
