Serve as the face of the hotel in the restaurant and bar, delivering friendly, first-class hospitality. Greet and assist guests, build rapport, work collaboratively with the team in a busy environment, and maintain high service standards while following training and progression pathways.

Deliver excellent guest-focused food & beverage service, resolve guest concerns, collaborate across departments, follow safety and company policies, use hotel systems correctly, engage in ongoing training, and support hotel initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.
