Administer and optimize the Optimal Blue pricing engine and related mortgage pricing systems. Configure rate sheets, pricing adjustments, eligibility rules, and loan products; monitor and troubleshoot pricing issues; support product launches and UAT; analyze pricing data in Excel; document configurations and collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and tech teams to improve workflows and system efficiency.

Manage daily secondary market and lock desk operations, lead a small team, monitor pricing and pipeline, liaise with investors, implement pricing strategies, and report operational performance to leadership.

Manage collateral documentation and shipping for loan files: prepare and scan original documents, create Allonges, generate FedEx labels, log shipments in Zoho, respond to investor and title company document requests, and maintain relationships with investors, title companies, and internal teams to support servicing and funding.

Manage mortgage loan closings from clear-to-close through funding for first and second liens. Review files for completeness and regulatory compliance, prepare closing documents, coordinate with borrowers, title companies, attorneys and internal teams, resolve title and file-level issues, maintain records, monitor pipeline to meet SLAs, and stay current on closing/disclosure regulations and best practices.

The Account Executive will cultivate relationships with mortgage brokers, drive loan volume, provide training, and ensure exceptional service throughout the lending process.
