Provides primary onsite IT support for employees, handling tickets and troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, account access, authentication, printers, conference room technology, and business applications. Manages device deployment, onboarding and offboarding, documentation, inventory, escalations, and user training while partnering with the remote IT team to support technology initiatives and improve support processes.

The Account Executive will cultivate relationships with mortgage brokers, drive loan volume, provide training, and ensure exceptional service throughout the lending process.
