Engage mortgage brokers through outbound calls, emails, and texts to build relationships and generate business. Understand broker needs, recommend financial products, answer loan-status questions, maintain opportunities and pipeline data in Salesforce, promote company products, monitor expiring rate locks, and provide exceptional client service. The role includes structured training and mentorship and is fully onsite in Fort Lauderdale.

Manage collateral documentation and shipping for loan files: prepare and scan original documents, create Allonges, generate FedEx labels, log shipments in Zoho, respond to investor and title company document requests, and maintain relationships with investors, title companies, and internal teams to support servicing and funding.

Manage mortgage loan closings from clear-to-close through funding for first and second liens. Review files for completeness and regulatory compliance, prepare closing documents, coordinate with borrowers, title companies, attorneys and internal teams, resolve title and file-level issues, maintain records, monitor pipeline to meet SLAs, and stay current on closing/disclosure regulations and best practices.
