The Senior Contract Administrator manages cost and contractual matters, oversees procurement, prepares financial forecasts, and maintains client relationships.

Lead procurement and construction delivery on a large-scale building project: manage site/project engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, ensure safety, schedule, budget, quality, EHS, sustainability, cost control, risk management, and mentor junior staff while driving cross-discipline collaboration and continuous improvement.

Coordinate and manage tenant MEP provisions and fit-outs, review submissions, control PTW/SWMS and safety inductions, monitor works and commissioning, liaise with tenants/contractors, maintain MEP records, support troubleshooting and maintenance, ensure regulatory compliance, drive sustainability and AEI, and provide operational support to the mall operations team.
