Assist teachers to maintain a controlled classroom environment, provide and coordinate behavioral interventions for students, and teach problem-solving and decision-making skills using the Boys Town Model. Work with students, families, and staff, promote cultural competency, and respond calmly during crises.

Provide direct supervision and engagement of young children in a safe early learning environment; assist with planned learning activities, communicate with parents about progress, and manage classroom behavior in a professional manner.
