Lead LATAM market entry and GTM: identify and close distribution partnerships, navigate remittance and forex regulation, obtain licensing, launch first revenue cohorts, build a small BD team, and represent LemFi with partners and regulators across Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic.

Lead a team of AML analysts overseeing transaction monitoring alerts and investigations, ensuring quality, SLA adherence, and defensible case documentation. Drive QA, performance metrics, process and tooling optimizations, escalate high-risk issues, and partner with compliance and senior stakeholders to maintain regulatory alignment across global markets.

Lead the UK AML/CTF programme as the MLRO: own policy, controls, training, audits, FCA/NCA relationships, SAR oversight, regulatory change implementation, MI for executives, and develop compliance staff while embedding UK requirements across the group.

Own AWS infrastructure, cost efficiency, reliability, and security; embed AI automation for cost, anomaly detection and remediation; set platform standards (IaC, CI/CD, observability, secrets); act as internal product manager and remove developer friction to increase velocity.

Lead online user acquisition and engagement for the Philippines corridor by scaling influencer/KOL networks, building B2B partnerships and communities, collaborating on ad creative and CRM, owning growth metrics (sign-ups, CAC, conversion, revenue), and ensuring compliant lifecycle campaigns with cross-functional teams.

The Growth Manager will drive LemFi's expansion in the US, focusing on user acquisition among Nigerian communities, community engagement, and partnership development while frequently traveling nationwide.
