Own LemFi’s Irish AML/CFT programme and serve as designated MLRO (PCF-52). Manage suspicious transaction reporting to FIU Ireland and ROS, regulatory filings, CBI and banking partner relationships, audits, remediation, board-level reporting, and compliance controls. Reports operational performance to the Board, Central Bank of Ireland, and internal controlled functions while fostering accountability, integrity, and customer focus.

Lead the end-to-end data science strategy for credit, developing and deploying predictive models for underwriting, pricing, fraud, collections, and lifecycle decisions. Build monitoring frameworks for performance, drift, fairness, and governance; analyze portfolio behavior and loss drivers; partner with product, engineering, risk, analytics, and commercial teams; and mentor data professionals while influencing senior leadership decisions.

Lead global paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms; build corridor-based budgeting and creative testing; own install-to-transfer funnel and incrementality (geo-lifts, holdouts, MMM); embed CLV/CAC payback discipline; scale an AI-augmented growth team and partner with Product, Data, Brand, and Compliance to convert paid users into retained, transacting customers.

Perform daily, month-end, and year-end reconciliations across ledgers, bank and card accounts; investigate and resolve discrepancies; produce reconciliation reports; liaise with banks, partners, Customer Services and Engineering; support audits; monitor for fraud; and recommend process improvements.

Lead day-to-day reconciliation operations, ensure quality across bank, P2P, merchant and card reconciliations, investigate and resolve discrepancies, manage SLA performance on disputes, drive process improvements and AI-assisted tooling adoption, own audit cycles and partner reporting, and present reconciliation insights to Finance leadership.

Own day-to-day accounting including reconciliations and month-end close, produce accurate financial reporting, identify and fix process gaps, drive automation and scalability, and collaborate cross-functionally within a fast-scaling fintech.

Owns end-to-end finance and accounting for LemFi’s credit portfolio, including IFRS 9 accounting, ECL provisioning, warehouse facility reporting, funding structures, statutory reporting, FCA returns, capital adequacy, audit coordination, and process automation. The role partners with treasury, risk, data, FP&A, lenders, and auditors while building a scalable credit finance function across multiple entities, currencies, and jurisdictions.

Lead on-the-ground growth and community strategies for Ghanaian diaspora in the US/Canada. Travel to events, build partnerships, run user-acquisition campaigns, provide market insights to Product and Marketing, and serve as LemFi brand ambassador to drive measurable user growth.

Own global people operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, probation, background checks, right-to-work, leave, benefits, HRIS data integrity, employee support, Jira ticketing, AI HR bot content, reporting, and HRIS implementation projects. The role requires process automation, accurate data management, compliance awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international startup.

Own the Irish entity’s month-end close, management accounts, statutory reporting, tax filings, and Central Bank of Ireland regulatory submissions. Lead forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, reconciliations, audit coordination, and process automation using NetSuite, Excel, and AI tools. Serve as deputy to the Head of Finance, provide commercial insight to senior leadership and the board, and build finance processes in a fast-growing regulated fintech environment.

Lead user acquisition and community growth for the UK Chinese diaspora through online campaigns, grassroots events, partnerships, and market research. Run community operations, represent LemFi at UK events, analyze campaign and channel data (using AI tools when useful), and translate insights into product and marketing recommendations. Be accountable for acquisition targets and ensure product and messaging reflect community needs.

Own detection, triage, and response for cloud, endpoint, and SaaS; extend DLP and identity controls; manage MDM/device compliance; run vulnerability scanning and remediation; translate SOC 2/ISO 27001/PCI/DORA requirements into technical controls and automated checks; operate Bug Bounty triage; build scripts and lightweight tools to automate security operations and audit evidence.

The Growth Manager will drive LemFi's expansion in the US, focusing on user acquisition among Nigerian communities, community engagement, and partnership development while frequently traveling nationwide.

Lead online user acquisition and engagement for the Philippines corridor by scaling influencer/KOL networks, building B2B partnerships and communities, collaborating on ad creative and CRM, owning growth metrics (sign-ups, CAC, conversion, revenue), and ensuring compliant lifecycle campaigns with cross-functional teams.

Design, build, and own an AI-powered internal developer platform for self-service provisioning, deployment, and operations. Own AWS infrastructure, cost efficiency, reliability, and security; embed AI automation for cost, anomaly detection and remediation; set platform standards (IaC, CI/CD, observability, secrets); act as internal product manager and remove developer friction to increase velocity.
