Elevate visual craft, build and govern the design system, ensure brand consistency across markets, collaborate with PMs and engineers for pixel-accurate delivery, and use AI tools in the design workflow.

Lead paid acquisition for French-speaking African markets across Meta, TikTok, Google App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads. Own audience strategy, budget allocation, creative briefing/iteration, measurement with MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch), and structured A/B testing. Collaborate with Product, Data, Creative and CRM to optimize post-install funnels and scale culturally relevant creatives using data and AI tools.

Lead LemFi's video-first social strategy for UK diaspora audiences across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and X. Create content calendars, spot cultural trends, produce and direct video content, write platform-native copy, manage creators and communities, measure performance, and help shape brand voice.

Lead global paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms; build corridor-based budgeting and creative testing; own install-to-transfer funnel and incrementality (geo-lifts, holdouts, MMM); embed CLV/CAC payback discipline; scale an AI-augmented growth team and partner with Product, Data, Brand, and Compliance to convert paid users into retained, transacting customers.
