Own LemFi’s FP&A function, including integrated three-statement modeling, monthly forecasting, budget-versus-actual analysis, management reporting, and investor and lender reporting. Partner with business leaders on planning, spending, and strategic decisions; build business cases and scenario analyses; support fundraising, M&A diligence, and covenant tracking; and automate recurring data processes from NetSuite, the data warehouse, and operational systems.

Owns financial control for LemFi’s UK regulated entities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close, FRS 102 statutory accounts, audits, credit accounting, IFRS 9 expected credit loss, safeguarding calculations, multi-currency transactions, reconciliations, forecasts, capital adequacy, FCA reporting support, and internal controls. Leads a small accounting team and partners with Finance Systems and Data to automate close processes and scalable reporting.

Owns finance operations for LemFi’s European entities, including monthly close, Irish statutory accounts, CBI regulatory returns, safeguarding calculations, board reporting, tax and audit support. The role partners with Group Finance and local leadership on accounting policies, consolidation, budgets and business decisions. It also leads process automation and documentation. Candidates must be ACA, ACCA or CPA Ireland qualified with 7+ years’ post-qualification experience in regulated financial services, including CBI reporting, safeguarding, Irish statutory accounts and multi-currency transactions.

Drive user acquisition and community growth for LemFi’s France-Morocco corridor, focusing on Moroccan diaspora communities. Build local partnerships, manage influencers and agencies, execute grassroots marketing, attend events, track campaign performance and acquisition costs, and optimize growth strategies against KPIs. The role requires extensive travel across France and Europe, strong data analysis, cultural fluency, relationship-building, and independent execution.

Own growth and user acquisition for LemFi’s UK-Kenya corridor, focusing on East African diaspora communities. Build community presence, manage influencers, agencies, partners, and grassroots campaigns; travel across UK cities to support events and partnerships; track acquisition costs, conversions, and campaign performance; conduct market research; and provide user insights to product and marketing teams. The role requires extensive travel, occasional weekend work, strong data skills, cultural fluency, and at least five years of relevant experience.

Build and operate reliable backend services for credit products, covering loan origination, underwriting, repayment, and collections. Design distributed systems, state machines, and service boundaries while ensuring data integrity, compliance, observability, and production reliability. Collaborate with product and compliance teams, use AI coding tools responsibly, and help establish engineering practices within an early-stage credit tribe.

Drive LemFi’s growth across the Italy-Nigeria corridor by developing user acquisition strategies, managing influencers, agencies, partners, and community leaders, and executing grassroots marketing. Own LemFi’s Nigeria commercial business across UK, US, and EU corridors. Lead growth strategy, revenue, pricing, partnerships, product positioning, customer acquisition, and cross-functional execution. Build and manage distributed growth, partnerships, and operations teams while overseeing budgets, P&L performance, and market expansion. Drive LemFi’s evolution from remittances to a multi-product financial platform through customer insight, strategic analysis, and AI-assisted market reviews.

Build and own core identity, onboarding, KYC, engagement, SDK, and shared platform services using Go. Define architectural standards, API contracts, and data consistency patterns while improving reliability and observability. Lead systems from design through production, solve scaling and regulatory challenges, participate in reviews and incident response, and mentor engineers. Partner with infrastructure and platform teams to enable product development across the organization.

Own end-to-end growth and market expansion across Latin America, driving user acquisition through paid, organic, community, agency, and influencer channels. Analyze CAC, conversion, and funnel data; optimize campaigns and product onboarding; build country-specific market-entry strategies; manage growth budgets and external partners; and guide hiring and resource allocation. The role focuses on launching and scaling in Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, and other LATAM markets.

Lead global paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms; build corridor-based budgeting and creative testing; own install-to-transfer funnel and incrementality (geo-lifts, holdouts, MMM); embed CLV/CAC payback discipline; scale an AI-augmented growth team and partner with Product, Data, Brand, and Compliance to convert paid users into retained, transacting customers.

Lead on-the-ground growth and community strategies for Ghanaian diaspora in the US/Canada. Travel to events, build partnerships, run user-acquisition campaigns, provide market insights to Product and Marketing, and serve as LemFi brand ambassador to drive measurable user growth.

Own detection, triage, and response for cloud, endpoint, and SaaS; extend DLP and identity controls; manage MDM/device compliance; run vulnerability scanning and remediation; translate SOC 2/ISO 27001/PCI/DORA requirements into technical controls and automated checks; operate Bug Bounty triage; build scripts and lightweight tools to automate security operations and audit evidence.

The Growth Manager will drive LemFi's expansion in the US, focusing on user acquisition among Nigerian communities, community engagement, and partnership development while frequently traveling nationwide.
