Build and own Lema AI’s go-to-market technology infrastructure, including AI workflows, automations, internal tools, integrations, CRM and revenue systems. Develop dashboards and reporting, optimize commercial operations, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to remove bottlenecks and accelerate growth.

Own product areas from discovery through launch and iteration. Lead enterprise customer discovery and roadmap reviews, translate insights into data-backed decisions, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success. Develop AI-driven third-party risk capabilities, enable go-to-market adoption, and build expertise in cybersecurity, cyber resilience, and regulatory trends.

Own post-sales customer lifecycle for a TPRM SaaS product: onboard, drive adoption, enable integrations (SSO, Jira, Slack), support technical troubleshooting, partner on renewals/expansion, relay customer feedback to Product/Engineering, lead QBRs, and build playbooks as an early team member.
