Guide former professional athletes through career transitions: job search strategies, leadership development, personal branding, networking, resume and interview prep, financial planning, and endorsement/sponsorship strategy. Host virtual mentoring sessions, set own hours and rates, and collaborate with Leland to deliver structured, supportive coaching.

Advise applicants pursuing fellowships, grants, and postdoctoral positions on program selection, application strategy, proposal and publication refinement, personal statements, essays, recommendation letters, resumes, interview prep, networking, grant writing, financial aid, and waitlist strategy. Deliver virtual one-on-one mentoring, set your own hours and rates, and collaborate with the Leland team to support client success.

The GM Marketplace will oversee Leland's two-sided marketplace, focusing on expert supply and customer demand across various educational categories, while identifying growth opportunities for the platform.

Coach and mentor clients pursuing chief of staff and executive support roles. Teach strategic planning, executive support, and AI fundamentals/automation. Provide career guidance including resume, LinkedIn, cover letters, interview prep, networking, salary negotiation, and promotion strategy. Host virtual sessions on flexible schedule and collaborate with Leland team to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Manage operations for AI education programs including scheduling, curriculum, automation, and communication, ensuring efficient delivery and quality outcomes.

The Growth Manager will enhance Leland's organic growth by managing social channels, optimizing content systems, and experimenting with new strategies. Responsibilities include leveraging data and working cross-functionally to amplify the brand.
