Coach Leland customers pursuing private equity careers through interview preparation, resume reviews, recruiting guidance, and career navigation. Mentors host virtual sessions, set their own hours and rates, and provide practical insight into recruiting at leading private equity firms. The role requires substantial private equity experience and interviewing expertise while partnering with Leland to deliver a high-quality coaching experience.

Build and lead Leland’s content engine, editorial strategy, brand, creative campaigns, SEO, AI-powered workflows, and media relationships. Own content across blogs, newsletters, webinars, social, research, and campaigns; develop original thought leadership; partner with marketing, design, sales, and lifecycle teams; and manage the Social Media Manager while building the broader content team. The role combines hands-on writing, editing, design, video, brand leadership, analytics, and team development.

Own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn for consumer and B2B offerings. Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, creative testing, reporting, CAC, payback, pipeline, and revenue attribution. Build the company’s B2B paid motion, partner with sales and marketing, automate campaign workflows with AI tools, and establish scalable systems, documentation, and performance insights.
