Build and maintain Leland’s platform and foundational infrastructure while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams. Develop high-quality, performant code, propose product innovations, and ensure quality through testing and code reviews. Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture and help shape products in a fast-paced, AI-native startup environment.

Provide expert coaching to professionals and business leaders on adopting and scaling AI: identify high-impact use cases, develop AI strategy, lead transformations, and deliver practical, actionable guidance via virtual coaching sessions.
