Leads the DHS Insider Threat Program, overseeing approximately 40 engineers and architects, customer relationships, staffing, financial planning, reporting, risk mitigation, program execution, and growth. The role supports senior government stakeholders, manages program priorities and personnel development, and ensures delivery of advanced analytics, monitoring, and data-correlation capabilities to identify and mitigate insider threats.

Provides enterprise-wide compensation support, including job and pay actions, incentive reviews, job evaluations, FLSA classifications, market pricing, salary analysis, dashboards, reporting, and annual compensation programs. Partners with HR and business stakeholders to deliver recommendations, assess risks, ensure internal equity and regulatory compliance, and improve compensation processes. Requires advanced Excel analytics, compensation expertise, strong judgment, communication, and attention to detail.

Maintains and secures Red Hat Linux infrastructure across classified and unclassified network enclaves. Manages Red Hat Satellite Server, enterprise patching, provisioning, lifecycle management, STIG compliance, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, and baseline templates. Provides Tier 3 troubleshooting, technical guidance, documentation, change management support, and cross-functional coordination across DHS mission environments.
