Develop, maintain, and modernize scientific and engineering software for physics-based models and large-scale effects simulations. Build cloud-native backend services and ETL pipelines, support cross-domain data transfer between classified/unclassified networks, and collaborate with scientists and engineers to translate complex requirements into functional prototypes.

Manage, configure, and maintain physical and virtual systems including backups, patching, performance tuning, AD administration, security (DISA STIGs/ACAS/Nessus), PowerShell automation, and troubleshooting across complex infrastructures.

Own end-to-end issue management for the TFDM system: log, track, prioritize, escalate, and coordinate resolution using FAA Issue Management System and Jira. Extract and analyze issue data to create dashboards and reports, run trend/root-cause analysis, brief stakeholders, support continuous improvement, and explore AI/automation to improve issue detection and metrics.
