Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train execution (SAFe) for cloud-native, safety-critical FAA systems. Coordinate releases, manage cross-team dependencies and risks, oversee build/readiness and CI/CD activities, track program health via metrics, drive continuous improvement, and coach teams to ensure predictable delivery and compliance with engineering and release processes.

Manage and optimize CSD SharePoint sites and permissions, provide user support and troubleshooting, ensure Section 508 compliance, monitor taskers, develop operational calendars, draft SOPs and playbooks, support monthly newsletter content, and assist Power BI dashboard/reporting efforts.

Provide business and data analysis support to FAA systems: identify and resolve data discrepancies, perform ad-hoc data analysis, map business processes, develop policies/procedures, support project definition and strategic communications, and produce technical/administrative documentation.
