Provide regulatory and compliance counsel across product, commercial, and operations; assess product/data flows for privacy and regulatory risk; build compliance programs, policies, templates, and tooling; support GDPR/CCPA compliance, DPIAs, ISO-related frameworks, and negotiate B2B SaaS contracts.

Provide high-level support to senior leadership by managing calendars, travel, and email; coordinate cross-time-zone meetings; plan offsites and workshops; triage requests; support decision-making and operational projects; improve team workflows and alignment across Product, Sales, Legal and Operations while helping scale the EMEA operating model.
