The Technical Account Manager builds relationships with customers, providing expert guidance on system optimization, managing support issues, and advocating for customer needs to ensure successful platform adoption.

Hands-on technical leader who defines and owns long-term architecture for an AI-native, multi-tenant workforce management platform.
