Owns critical architecture and systems across Legion Health’s regulated, event-driven clinical platform. Responsibilities include scaling agent-assisted engineering practices, maintaining safe deployment workflows, building auditable clinical work systems, operating production LLM agents, managing data and analytics infrastructure, and making architecture decisions. The role requires hands-on ownership of ambiguous, load-bearing problems, strong written communication, clinical-grade correctness, HIPAA awareness, and independent execution at principal level.

Own Legion Health’s consumer patient product across onboarding, scheduling, care plans, messaging, renewals, retention, and reactivation. Translate complex clinical, operational, regulatory, and AI workflows into clear, trustworthy experiences. Partner with engineering, design, clinical, operations, compliance, and growth to define metrics, prototype, ship, instrument, and improve products. This high-ownership role requires technical fluency, consumer product judgment, hands-on experimentation, and occasional production code contributions.

Own and architect critical systems across a regulated clinical care platform, including agentic engineering infrastructure, event-sourced clinical workflows, production LLM agent operations, and data and analytics platforms. Build reliable systems with auditability, HIPAA compliance, fail-closed safeguards, and high deployment velocity. Operate independently on ambiguous, load-bearing problems, document decisions, communicate proactively, and provide architectural leadership while remaining an individual contributor.

Work closely with founders to drive GTM, growth, revenue, and company-wide operations. Rapidly prototype AI-native tools, build dashboards and automations, analyze funnels and unit economics, support finance, hiring, legal, and investor workflows, and solve high-leverage operational problems to increase speed and revenue.

Build Legion's provider-partnership revenue systems end-to-end: select and architect the provider CRM, design durable account hierarchies, ingest and attribute referrals from multiple channels, automate processing and eligibility, deploy AI-assisted workflows, integrate CRM/product/analytics/patient systems, ensure HIPAA-compliant data flows, and deliver partner-facing dashboards and reliable production integrations to increase referral volume, conversion, and speed-to-care.

Manage end-to-end behavioral health claims: resolve holds, investigate and appeal denials, make payer calls, communicate with patients, and resubmit claims to secure reimbursement.

Operate and improve payer/provider directory listings end-to-end: audit rosters, submit and verify corrections across payer portals, reconcile CAQH/NPPES data, build a source-of-truth, instrument analytics, and drive measurable patient intake and revenue improvements.

Founding People and Talent Leader will build Legion's end-to-end People function: full-cycle recruiting across technical and clinical roles, People operations (payroll, benefits, HRIS, immigration, compliance), onboarding, performance systems, employer brand, events, and workplace operations. You will be the hands-on early hire, creating processes, metrics, and hiring pipelines while advising founders and scaling the People team.

Own a regional territory to build referral partnerships with primary care practices. Prospect, close, and grow referral volume through in-person relationship building with physicians and office staff. Maintain CRM pipeline, enable smooth handoffs for referrals, feed field insights into playbook, and collaborate on territory strategy. Quota-carrying, field-first role focused on launching and scaling provider referral channels for AI-enabled psychiatric care.

Lead design and build of an AI-native lifecycle and CRM engine for patient activation, retention, renewals, reactivation, and winback. Map patient journeys, build event-triggered flows across email/SMS/push/in-app, partner with engineering/data/clinical teams to instrument events, create AI-assisted messaging within compliance guardrails, run experiments and reporting, and improve retention, conversion, and patient satisfaction.

Own and improve patient-facing consumer product surfaces across the full care journey. Translate clinical and operational workflows into simple, measurable experiences. Partner with engineering, design, clinical, ops, compliance, and data to scope, ship, instrument, and iterate AI-enabled web and mobile features that increase activation, retention, and reduce support burden while maintaining safety and auditability.

Lead Legion's consumer brand: develop positioning, messaging, visual identity, and social/content systems. Own integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and IRL channels. Build and manage a brand team, creator programs, and measurement systems while partnering with clinical, legal, growth, and product to ensure compliant, credible, and performance-driven consumer storytelling.

Lead and scale Legion's direct-to-patient consumer growth engine across paid acquisition, creative, SEO/content, lifecycle, and funnel conversion. Own CAC, LTV, retention, attribution, and growth operating systems while hiring and managing a cross-functional growth team. Partner with product, data, clinical, legal, and ops to run compliant, high-velocity experimentation and creative programs that drive measurable patient acquisition and retention.
