Support provider recruiting, onboarding, management, and weekly payroll preparation for a remote telehealth network. Maintain trackers, coordinate interviews and handoffs, collect documents, validate payroll inputs, communicate with clinicians, and improve SOPs while handling sensitive healthcare and payroll data with HIPAA-awareness.

Own and architect critical systems across a regulated clinical care platform, including agentic engineering infrastructure, event-sourced clinical workflows, production LLM agent operations, and data and analytics platforms. Build reliable systems with auditability, HIPAA compliance, fail-closed safeguards, and high deployment velocity. Operate independently on ambiguous, load-bearing problems, document decisions, communicate proactively, and provide architectural leadership while remaining an individual contributor.

Work closely with founders to drive GTM, growth, revenue, and company-wide operations. Rapidly prototype AI-native tools, build dashboards and automations, analyze funnels and unit economics, support finance, hiring, legal, and investor workflows, and solve high-leverage operational problems to increase speed and revenue.
