Collect medical records and bills for personal injury law firms by contacting healthcare providers and case managers via phone, email, and chat. Manage daily records requests, complete authorizations, track request progress, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships. This full-time, on-site role follows a Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.

Provides onboarding, offboarding, hardware and software provisioning, helpdesk support, troubleshooting, application integrations, cybersecurity awareness training, endpoint protection, IT asset management, vendor coordination, reporting, and compliance support. Maintains secure and reliable systems while assisting end users, implementing technology improvements, and providing occasional after-hours technical support.

Provide onboarding, offboarding, hardware and software provisioning, helpdesk support, troubleshooting, user training, cybersecurity awareness, software integration maintenance, IT asset management, vendor coordination, and systems reporting. Maintain endpoint protection, security, reliability, HIPAA compliance, budgets, inventory, and IT documentation while supporting technology improvements and occasional after-hours issues.
