Manages hotel accounting operations, including revenue audits, cash handling, bank deposits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, reconciliations, tax filings, month-end reporting, budgeting, and financial controls. Coordinates with hotel management, department heads, vendors, guests, and corporate accounting to ensure accurate records, timely payments, compliance, and effective cash management.

Manage social media channels, create and schedule content, engage online communities, coordinate influencer partnerships, execute organic and paid campaigns, and track campaign performance and ROI. Develop trend-focused content for restaurant brands, collaborate with marketing leadership, conduct audience and competitor research, report insights, optimize campaigns, and support demand generation. The role is onsite, includes local and regional content-gathering travel, and requires regular nights and weekends.

Manage hotel front office operations, including front desk, concierge, transportation, valet, and related services. Lead hiring, training, performance management, guest complaint resolution, service quality, brand compliance, staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue-supporting initiatives. Maintain front office systems and equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to company and franchise standards.

Supports the hotel sales team by coordinating group reservations, contracts, room blocks, client communications, sales materials, site visits, VIP arrangements, and special events. Maintains accurate reservation details, coordinates with internal departments, assists traveling sales staff, and provides professional service to guests, clients, distributors, and representatives. The role also performs administrative tasks and requires flexible scheduling, strong organization, customer service, communication, and computer skills.

Assists the Front Office Manager with hotel front-office operations, including guest service, staffing, training, performance management, complaint resolution, and compliance with company and franchise procedures. Oversees front desk, PBX, bell, concierge, transportation, and valet functions while monitoring service quality, occupancy, room revenue, front-office systems, and sales strategies.

Leads the hotel sales department, develops sales and marketing plans, sets revenue objectives, manages forecasts and budgets, oversees contracts and billing procedures, and drives business development. The role supervises, coaches, and evaluates sales staff; manages leads, accounts, client relationships, site visits, trade shows, and sales activities; and partners with hotel departments to achieve revenue goals.

Supervise daily hotel operations and act as Manager on Duty when assigned. Ensure guest-focused service, resolve complaints, coordinate with housekeeping and engineering, maintain staffing and schedules, and support training and compliance. Oversee PMS and POS usage, cash handling, chargebacks, inventory, food and beverage standards, documentation, safety, lost-and-found procedures, and key control.

Lead the hotel's sales department to drive revenue through strategic planning, forecasting, and market development. Manage, train, and mentor sales staff; oversee contracts, billing, and sales processes. Proactively solicit new business, maintain client relationships, attend trade shows, and execute company marketing initiatives to meet/exceed sales and catering goals.

Responsible for achieving revenue and room-night goals through outside and group sales. Prospecting, negotiating contracts, responding to RFPs, conducting site inspections, coordinating internal teams, attending sales events, and maintaining client relationships for assigned market.
