Lead the hotel's sales department to drive revenue through strategic planning, forecasting, and market development. Manage, train, and mentor sales staff; oversee contracts, billing, and sales processes. Proactively solicit new business, maintain client relationships, attend trade shows, and execute company marketing initiatives to meet/exceed sales and catering goals.

Responsible for achieving revenue and room-night goals through outside and group sales. Prospecting, negotiating contracts, responding to RFPs, conducting site inspections, coordinating internal teams, attending sales events, and maintaining client relationships for assigned market.

Manage front office operations to ensure guest satisfaction, enforce franchise/corporate policies, hire/train and evaluate staff, resolve guest complaints, support sales strategies to improve occupancy and revenue, maintain front office systems and oversee gift shop/market operations.

Support sales team by processing group contracts, reservations, and commissions; manage sales materials, coordinate logistics and site visits, assist with VIP bookings and event planning, and perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth hotel sales operations.

Support the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets by managing group contracts, room blocks, reservations, commissions, and sales materials. Communicate with clients, distributors, and internal departments; coordinate site visits, VIP reservations, event logistics, and small-group blocks. Perform general administrative duties, assist with travel/logistics for sales staff, and ensure adherence to service standards, attendance, and safety policies.

Manage Front Office and Food & Beverage operations to deliver excellent guest service, control costs, ensure compliance with brand standards, hire/train staff, handle budgets, inventory, POS/PMS systems, and resolve guest and employee issues.

Oversee property maintenance and security operations for a resort: hire and manage staff, enforce safety/OSHA and life-safety systems, run preventative maintenance, manage vendors and contractors, control inventory and budgets, maintain HVAC, building aesthetics, and complete work orders with proper documentation and training.
