Leads the hotel sales department, develops sales and marketing plans, sets revenue objectives, manages forecasts and budgets, oversees contracts and billing procedures, and drives business development. The role supervises, coaches, and evaluates sales staff; manages leads, accounts, client relationships, site visits, trade shows, and sales activities; and partners with hotel departments to achieve revenue goals.

Supervise daily hotel operations and act as Manager on Duty when assigned. Ensure guest-focused service, resolve complaints, coordinate with housekeeping and engineering, maintain staffing and schedules, and support training and compliance. Oversee PMS and POS usage, cash handling, chargebacks, inventory, food and beverage standards, documentation, safety, lost-and-found procedures, and key control.

Supervise hotel front office operations, including guest check-in and checkout, billing, reservations, issue resolution, scheduling, and guest service. Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering, investigate room discrepancies, support staff training, maintain front office systems, ensure policy compliance, handle group reservations and special requests, and act as Front Office Manager when needed.
