Manages hotel accounting operations, including revenue and expense auditing, cash handling, bank deposits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, reconciliations, tax filings, and financial reporting. Prepares daily reports, supports month-end close, assists with budgeting and forecasting, maintains internal controls, and coordinates with hotel management, department heads, vendors, employees, guests, and the corporate controller.

Leads the hotel sales department, develops sales and marketing plans, sets revenue objectives, manages forecasts and budgets, oversees contracts and billing procedures, and drives business development. The role supervises, coaches, and evaluates sales staff; manages leads, accounts, client relationships, site visits, trade shows, and sales activities; and partners with hotel departments to achieve revenue goals.

Responsible for achieving revenue and room-night goals through outside and group sales. Prospecting, negotiating contracts, responding to RFPs, conducting site inspections, coordinating internal teams, attending sales events, and maintaining client relationships for assigned market.
