Le commis aux comptes recevables apporte un soutien administratif à l'équipe crédit : ouverture et validation des comptes clients, commande de rapports de crédit, traitement des paiements par carte, suivi des dossiers, appels de recouvrement, et gestion des communications internes et externes pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations clients.

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics and repairs on heavy trucks, forklifts and equipment. Repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical/electronic systems, complete work orders, use diagnostic tools, and follow safety and quality standards while collaborating with the mechanics team.

Coordinate and lead a three-person estimation team, prepare and authorize bids, manage price lists and forecasts, liaise with purchasing and manufacturers, support sales reps, maintain technical documentation, and drive continuous process improvements for residential and commercial construction projects.

Process and validate customer invoices, verify prices and billing elements, adjust invoices as needed, analyze transport and service charges, collaborate with sales, customer service and dispatch, support electronic archiving of delivery slips, and provide administrative support to the billing/accounts payable team.

Prepare and issue invoices, process returns, open and track projects, manage customer account blocks, reconcile accounts, monitor collections, produce sales and margin reports, update ERP systems, and provide administrative support to the interior finishing department.

The position involves coordinating project files, processing orders, tracking delivery dates, and ensuring service quality to exceed customer expectations. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
