The position involves coordinating project files, processing orders, tracking delivery dates, and ensuring service quality to exceed customer expectations. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Handles, sorts, counts, packages, straps, and prepares construction materials for shipment in an indoor and outdoor yard and warehouse. Supports forklift operators, maintains inventory accuracy, provides courteous customer service, and keeps work areas clean and safe. The role requires physical handling of loads up to 50 pounds, teamwork, organization, autonomy, basic French comprehension, and occasional overtime flexibility.

Assurer le suivi administratif et technique des projets de finition intérieure, notamment la saisie et la correction des commandes, la vérification des prix dans OMNI, le suivi du matériel, des commandes en souffrance et des livraisons. Coordonner les besoins de livraison et d’équipement, collaborer avec les achats et la production, puis informer les gestionnaires de projets des changements et enjeux.

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics and repairs on heavy trucks, forklifts and equipment. Repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical/electronic systems, complete work orders, use diagnostic tools, and follow safety and quality standards while collaborating with the mechanics team.

Prepare and issue invoices, process returns, open and track projects, manage customer account blocks, reconcile accounts, monitor collections, produce sales and margin reports, update ERP systems, and provide administrative support to the interior finishing department.
