Own and grow Ledger Live’s Earn product, defining strategy and roadmap across staking, stable-yield savings, and partner-powered yield products. Lead initiatives from discovery through launch, write PRDs, define success metrics, analyze user behavior with Mixpanel, manage ecosystem partners, negotiate revenue-sharing terms, and coordinate Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders in a regulated crypto environment.

Owns end-to-end multi-channel CRM campaign delivery, including content, design, development, localization, tracking, analysis, and optimization. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages high campaign volume, and improves delivery processes through automation, actionable analysis, and AI tools. Candidates need CRM or marketing automation experience, familiarity with platforms such as Braze and HubSpot, strong English communication, and ideally knowledge of SQL, Liquid scripting, crypto, or fintech.

Lead global e-commerce as a GM: define and execute D2C strategy, drive revenue and conversion optimization, manage affiliate network, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, tech and data, and optimize commercial operations including pricing, inventory, shipping and taxes.

Lead and grow a backend engineering team building the Cloud Wallet backend: own hiring, roadmap, SLIs/SLOs, incident response, and architecture for high-throughput multi-chain services. Coordinate cross-team dependencies, enforce CI/CD and testing practices (including testnet e2e), and partner with platform, infrastructure, security, and product stakeholders to ensure scalable, reliable delivery.

Contractor supports Total Rewards team on year-end compensation cycles, benchmarking, bonus plan reviews, and executive reporting. Tasks include data preparation/validation, modeling, Workday uploads, producing presentation-ready tables, and ad hoc C&B analytics under C&B leadership.
