Own and grow the Swap business end-to-end: revenue, take rate, partner ecosystem, quote competitiveness, and operational reliability. Drive partner negotiations, monitor performance and incidents, run quantitative analysis to inform decisions, and coordinate cross-functional delivery with Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.

Lead response to complex incidents across cloud, endpoints, identities, and data centers. Define detection strategy and architecture, drive threat hunting, design and improve SIEM/SOAR and log pipelines, build and own the Agentic SOC and automation, mentor engineers, and align SecOps with engineering and cloud teams to harden environments and reduce exposure.

The Integrated Marketing Manager will develop and oversee strategies for Ledger's consumer ecosystem, focusing on product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include creating marketing collateral, managing cross-functional teams, and leveraging market intelligence to optimize performance.
