Lead and grow a backend engineering team building the Cloud Wallet backend: own hiring, roadmap, SLIs/SLOs, incident response, and architecture for high-throughput multi-chain services. Coordinate cross-team dependencies, enforce CI/CD and testing practices (including testnet e2e), and partner with platform, infrastructure, security, and product stakeholders to ensure scalable, reliable delivery.

Manage end-to-end payroll and statutory filings for France, handle immigration and mobility cases, oversee EOR relationships, administer apprenticeships and equity reporting, and own HR lifecycle processes with continuous improvement focus.
