The Test Engineer analyzes requirements, plans and executes manual tests, investigates defects, monitors test results, and assesses release readiness. The role also develops automated tests and supports unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, code reviews, documentation, collaboration with engineering and innovation teams, mentoring junior colleagues, and promoting testing best practices. The position is fully remote and focuses on validating CRM workflows, integrations, business processes, and data quality.

Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline. Manage the full sales cycle from presentation to close, negotiate contracts, collaborate with cross-functional teams for onboarding, and maintain CRM reporting and forecasting while representing the company externally.
