Lead and scale Learnlight’s state-funded programs sales function across the German/DACH SME market. Own new business targets, develop go-to-market and outbound strategies, build predictable pipelines, and drive prospecting, negotiation, and closing. Manage, coach, and develop six Sales Consultants and an Admin Support team member. Improve CRM usage, forecasting, reporting, automation, and AI adoption while expanding funded programs and ensuring learner activation, completion, and compliance.

Supports and optimizes Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across finance and operational processes in a multi-entity environment. Responsibilities include configuration, master data governance, workflow standardization, data migration, entity setup, integrations, reporting, functional specifications, UAT, release coordination, user training, documentation, troubleshooting, and system adoption. The role translates business requirements into sustainable solutions and supports consistent processes across the organization.

Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central AL code, extensions, integrations, workflows, and customizations. Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions, manage environments and deployment pipelines, support data migrations and acquisitions, and troubleshoot complex issues. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and functional teams while ensuring testing, documentation, security, reliability, and upgrade-safe development. Potential work may also involve Power Platform, Azure integration technologies, SQL, DevOps, and AI capabilities.
