Administer and own the Agilix Buzz LMS: perform day-to-day administration, lead implementations and integrations, produce reports and analytics, document processes and data flows, troubleshoot and support users, train staff, and partner with instructional and vendor teams to improve system functionality and scalability.

Provide daily, relationship-driven academic support to online students through proactive multi-channel outreach, progress monitoring, timely grading, personalized interventions, and occasional live sessions and proctoring to keep learners on pace toward graduation.

Create and maintain compliant student course schedules, monitor graduation progress, review transcripts, and resolve scheduling issues. Partner proactively with students and families via phone, email, and chat to provide guidance and exceptional customer service. Support scheduling operations, documentation, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure students remain on track for graduation.

Serve as a family-facing enrollment advisor guiding prospective students through outreach, education, and application completion. Build rapport, manage communications across channels, track enrollment progress, meet conversion and quality metrics, and collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional, timely service.

Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of Special Education teachers and paraprofessionals to ensure compliant, high-quality instruction. Monitor student engagement, IEP development and implementation, teacher performance, and intervention data. Conduct observations, 1:1 coaching, professional development, hiring support, and escalate/resolution work with families. Build systems, playbooks, and accountability structures while maintaining high responsiveness during fixed Mountain Time hours.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of online K-12 teachers and paraprofessionals to improve student engagement, retention, and outcomes. Observe instruction, provide actionable feedback, monitor data and interventions, handle escalations, run PD and hiring, and build systems and playbooks to ensure instructional consistency, responsiveness, and service-level expectations.
