Administer and own the Agilix Buzz LMS: perform day-to-day administration, lead implementations and integrations, produce reports and analytics, document processes and data flows, troubleshoot and support users, train staff, and partner with instructional and vendor teams to improve system functionality and scalability.

Provide daily, relationship-driven academic support to online students through proactive multi-channel outreach, progress monitoring, timely grading, personalized interventions, and occasional live sessions and proctoring to keep learners on pace toward graduation.

Review and audit special education documentation (IEPs, evaluations, notices), monitor compliance timelines, reconcile records across systems, produce reports, collaborate with educators and leaders to improve processes, support regulatory audits, and ensure timely services and accommodations for students.

Serve as a family-facing enrollment advisor guiding prospective students through outreach, education, and application completion. Build rapport, manage communications across channels, track enrollment progress, meet conversion and quality metrics, and collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional, timely service.
