Own the intake and onboarding process for students with IEPs: gather, verify, and transform documentation into compliant, organized records; coordinate with families and teams; schedule initial special education meetings; identify and resolve gaps; ensure timely, compliant handoffs to Special Education staff.

Administer and own the Agilix Buzz LMS: perform day-to-day administration, lead implementations and integrations, produce reports and analytics, document processes and data flows, troubleshoot and support users, train staff, and partner with instructional and vendor teams to improve system functionality and scalability.

Provide daily, relationship-driven academic support to online students through proactive multi-channel outreach, progress monitoring, timely grading, personalized interventions, and occasional live sessions and proctoring to keep learners on pace toward graduation.
