Leads special education and related student-support programs, including Section 504, English Learner, Gifted and Talented, and McKinney-Vento services. Coaches program leaders, governs processes, monitors performance metrics, ensures legal and company compliance, improves workflows, oversees resource utilization, and partners cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Data, Curriculum, Legal, and school leadership. The role drives consistent service delivery, leadership accountability, student progress, and operational excellence without independently authorizing budgets or spending.

Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of Special Education teachers and paraprofessionals to ensure compliant, high-quality instruction. Monitor student engagement, IEP development and implementation, teacher performance, and intervention data. Conduct observations, 1:1 coaching, professional development, hiring support, and escalate/resolution work with families. Build systems, playbooks, and accountability structures while maintaining high responsiveness during fixed Mountain Time hours.

Serve as a family-facing enrollment advisor guiding prospective students through outreach, education, and application completion. Build rapport, manage communications across channels, track enrollment progress, meet conversion and quality metrics, and collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional, timely service.
