Provides internal IT helpdesk support for approximately 400 colleagues, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, accounts, Microsoft 365 services and Windows endpoints. Administers Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune and user access; manages onboarding, offboarding, assets and equipment lifecycle. Owns tickets through resolution, maintains documentation, identifies recurring issues and improves support processes. The role also supports endpoint compliance, security procedures, hardware deployment and IT projects while collaborating with infrastructure and cybersecurity specialists.

Manage BMS project sales across Southeast and Kent, overseeing opportunities from prospecting through project handover. Build customer and partner relationships, lead technical and commercial discussions, attend site visits, manage sales-phase project finances, and collaborate with regional and operations teams to support successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Manage multiple building management system projects across the South West Region from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include developing technical submissions and project plans, coordinating teams and vendors, managing budgets, schedules, risks, stakeholders, and scope changes, providing BMS technical oversight, integrating HVAC, metering, lighting, and security systems, leading project teams, and ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Commission BMS systems for HVAC and lighting assets across London and the South East. Configure, program, test, troubleshoot, and validate Trend or Siemens systems, support installation teams and subcontractors, and ensure integration with other building services. Maintain commissioning documentation, test reports, checklists, as-built drawings, and progress reports. The role requires travel to project sites nationally and collaboration with project and commissioning managers.

Manage BMS project sales from initial opportunity through completion, including commercial oversight, client engagement, contractor relationship management, and coordination with regional and operations teams. The role requires customer-facing BMS project experience, knowledge of major BMS systems, strong communication and relationship-building skills, commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, organization, and flexibility. The position is home-based with regional office and client/site meeting attendance as required.
