Lead design and operation of specialty benefits programs that steer specialty drug and infusion care to Leap. Lead Leap's engineering function: hire and scale a high-performing team, own the technical roadmap and architecture, build AI-native data and production ML systems (LLMs/agents), and deliver correct, auditable healthcare workflows for drug identity, causal attribution, and intervention automation.

Build and maintain outcomes measurement across adherence, safety, PROs, and disease-specific clinical measures for specialty infusion. Define metrics, data sources, and methodologies; implement safety surveillance, adherence monitoring, and PRO capture; analyze outcomes and produce evidence packages for employers, payers, and manufacturer partners.

Lead end-to-end technical client implementations: gather requirements, configure platform and SFTP/data integrations, validate files, oversee QA, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Improve automation and scalability, remediate technical failures, maintain documentation, and ensure on-time, accurate launches with high client satisfaction.

Lead Leap's patient-facing design: shape member growth campaigns, end-to-end patient journeys, reusable design systems, and high-conversion direct-response creative across web, email, print, and lifecycle channels.

Lead and scale Leap's external partner ecosystem across manufacturers, specialty pharmacy/distribution, and infusion providers. Develop acquisition-cost and manufacturer-value strategies, manage manufacturer and distributor relationships, grow and oversee the Leap Transparency Network, and lead a small cross-functional team to align commercial model, contracting, and network performance with employer savings goals.

Own the company's operating cadence, accelerate decision-making, lead high-priority cross-functional projects, and manage OKRs to ensure strategic accountability and scalable operations.

Drive enterprise sales for employer groups of 5,000+ by building relationships with brokers, TPAs, PBMs and other partners, managing pipeline, presenting proposals, and closing deals to meet quota and grow revenue.
