Leads marketing, communications, public relations, branding, digital presence, donor engagement, and fundraising support. Oversees integrated campaigns, content production, media relations, performance analytics, budgets, vendors, departmental operations, staff supervision, and community representation. Advises leadership on brand positioning and communications while ensuring consistent messaging and supporting organizational growth.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Development team, including calendar coordination, donor communications, CRM and record maintenance, reporting, prospect research, stewardship events, proposals, scheduling, and follow-up. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, strong organization, attention to detail, and collaboration with donors, staff, community partners, and vendors. It is hybrid, includes frequent local travel, and supports fundraising activities across Maricopa and Pinal counties.

Manages a portfolio of 125–150 major-gift donors and prospects, cultivating relationships, developing solicitation and stewardship strategies, securing gifts of $5,000 or more, and partnering with executives, board members, volunteers, and program teams. Maintains donor records, supports planned and legacy giving, promotes philanthropy, tracks fundraising metrics, and participates in community events and donor meetings throughout Maricopa and Pinal counties.
