Responsibilities include multidisciplinary scoping, facility layouts, cost modeling, infrastructure and utility assessments, space planning, specifications, sustainability analysis, asset decommissioning, technical documentation, and executive presentations. The role requires independent ownership of deliverables, stakeholder coordination, onsite work, and eligibility for a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.

Conducts financial research and analysis for USAF programs, reconciling obligations and resource transactions across government contracting and accounting systems. Identifies discrepancies, validates balances, coordinates audits and corrective actions, prepares documentation, tracks approvals and corrections to completion, maintains government records, and supports briefings and program meetings.

Manages inspections and surveillance for complex construction projects, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, contracts, codes, and safety requirements. Coordinates schedules, materials, workmanship, submittals, progress measurements, payment calculations, and contract deficiencies. Resolves technical issues, evaluates claims, monitors delays, approves minor plan changes, and communicates recommendations to contracting officers and supervisors. Manages communications projects, network and system administration, infrastructure upgrades, configuration management, work requests, troubleshooting, reporting, employee training, and certification. The role requires interpreting technical documentation, overseeing testing and acceptance activities, and maintaining reliable telecommunications services while meeting safety and security requirements.

Provides expert technical leadership for machinery, tooling, and hardware lifecycle management. Responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis, equipment procurement, installation and validation, asset tracking, safety audits, regulatory compliance, technical documentation, vendor management, and mentoring junior staff. Develop and maintain applications during a systems modernization initiative. Build Angular components, C# .NET APIs, Azure-based services, automated workflows, database integrations, and Power BI solutions. Support legacy systems while engineering modern replacements, write tests and documentation, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with analysts, testers, project managers, and stakeholders on user stories and acceptance criteria. Apply secure coding, SDLC, and Agile practices while balancing multiple development priorities.

Plans and scopes infrastructure and real property projects from concept through formal justification. Develops facility layouts, cost models, economic analyses, specifications, condition assessments, space plans, sustainability metrics, and decommissioning strategies. Coordinates multidisciplinary stakeholders, supports capital improvement planning, prepares executive documentation, and independently delivers technical work. Requires full-time onsite work and the ability to obtain and maintain government security access.

Provides technical cybersecurity support for plans, policies, SOPs, RMF testing, assessments, authorizations, and documentation. Coordinates cyber defense incident resolution, manages incident response, analyzes trends, and prepares reports. The role requires experience with vulnerability scanning and remediation, malware containment, risk assessments, compliance reviews, security policy development, and strong communication skills. A Public Trust clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Leads logistics lifecycle sustainment and component obsolescence management for DoD programs. Analyzes bills of materials, supply-chain alerts, vendor risks, and technical data to identify replacement parts and prevent shortages. Coordinates acquisition and sustainment logistics, develops business case analyses, supports financial and program management, collaborates with engineering, produces status reports, and provides technical leadership to other logisticians.

Leads cybersecurity operations as a dual technical and supervisory authority. Oversees incident response from SIEM/SOAR detection through remediation, vulnerability scanning, risk assessments, security policy development, compliance reviews, and defense-in-depth effectiveness. Analyzes alerts, network data, and disparate sources to identify threats, supports intelligence requirements, communicates with customers, supervises team members, and ensures scheduled delivery of tasks and deliverables.

Plans and scopes large-scale facility and real property projects from concept through formal justification. Develops layouts, technical documentation, space plans, sustainability strategies, ROM cost models, economic analyses, and engineering specifications. Evaluates facility conditions, utilization, utilities, and site development requirements while coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders and technical specialists. The role also supports risk management, executive presentations, energy tracking, decommissioning, and property disposal planning. Full-time onsite work and eligibility for required government security access are required.

Manages telecommunications projects, daily operations, workloads, technical staff, government contract coordination, trouble tickets, equipment, quality assurance, and infrastructure upgrade proposals. Serves as the primary contact for the government Contracting Officer’s Representative and coordinates strategic scheduling. Requires extensive telecommunications technician and project management experience, active BICSI RCDD certification, AutoCAD coursework, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to attain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
