Teams at Leader Communications Inc. (LCI)

Directs strategies to prevent hardware, software, and electronic-component obsolescence on military platforms. Leads cross-functional teams, develops DMSMS management plans, coordinates suppliers and engineering changes, manages contracts, budgets, schedules, and earned value metrics, and evaluates lifecycle mitigation strategies. Presents executive and government briefings, maintains configuration and BOM traceability, ensures compliance, and supervises personnel.

Administers, configures, operates, and maintains voice, trunked radio, video-conferencing, LAN, VoIP, and classified and unclassified network systems. Installs and troubleshoots switches, routers, firewalls, VPN devices, telephony equipment, and network software. Performs system testing, performance analysis, backups, upgrades, corrective actions, and technical support while ensuring compliance with IT standards and security requirements.

Provides end-to-end IT support, including Windows server and desktop administration, systems integration, configuration management, troubleshooting, help desk services, account administration, imaging, hardware break/fix, software installation, and end-user training. Coordinates with security personnel to resolve information-system issues and tracks weekly service metrics. Requires a Secret clearance, DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, and 3–5 years of IT experience.
