Teams at Leader Communications Inc. (LCI)

Maintain and enhance legacy IBM i/AS400 applications using RPG, CL, and SQL. Troubleshoot production issues, manage DB2 for i databases, application security, job queues, subsystems, schedulers, backups, and file-transfer integrations. Coordinate environment changes with the hosting provider, support database extraction and archiving, document legacy logic, and assist cloud migration initiatives. Collaborate with technical teams through code reviews and communicate system constraints to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Leads medium to extra-large projects through the full life cycle, including planning, execution, budgeting, risk and change management, stakeholder communication, vendor and contract coordination, resource management, reporting, and project closure. Ensures projects comply with agency and government guidelines, performs gap and root cause analyses, facilitates teams, removes blockers, and escalates issues. Requires PMP certification, project management methodology experience, MS Project proficiency, and a Public Trust clearance.

Provides advanced Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support across macOS and Windows environments. Administers endpoint management, device imaging, provisioning, software deployment, identity systems, MFA, hybrid AWS integrations, and access controls. Leads incident investigation, escalation, root-cause remediation, and cross-team coordination. Supports office and multimedia technology, mentors team members, prepares resolution reports, and may perform project deployments, off-hours work, and travel.
