Administers health, welfare, retirement, leave, wellness, and voluntary benefit programs. Manages enrollments, open enrollment, employee inquiries, vendors, compliance reporting, audits, retirement plan transactions, and benefits data. Analyzes utilization and costs, improves processes, supports plan governance, and ensures regulatory compliance under ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and FMLA.

Leads all company operations at an industrial customer site, including safety, quality, environmental compliance, strategic initiatives, customer relationships, KPI management, budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, receivables, process controls, sustainability, and workforce leadership. Ensures adherence to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 objectives while driving operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

Manage the IMRL room and tool inventory for maintenance: perform audits, research and order tools, label/etch and control tooling, support EHS and ISO quality objectives, and use CMMS (Maximo) and Microsoft Office to track procurement and inventory.

Perform industrial housekeeping to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency. Follow EHS and ISO procedures, use PPE, complete standardized quality checklists, lift and move materials, communicate with staff, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Other duties as assigned by facility management.

Oversee daily logistics operations including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, staff supervision, carrier coordination, performance metrics, process improvement, and compliance with safety and shipping regulations.

Perform industrial janitorial duties following standardized quality checklists and EHS/ISO requirements. Maintain safety using PPE, seek efficiency improvements, perform physical cleaning tasks, and support site management with additional duties as assigned.
