Leads site safety programs in an industrial manufacturing environment, including hazard assessments, OSHA and regulatory compliance audits, incident investigations, safety training, industrial hygiene coordination, corrective actions, and safety reporting. Maintains safety and medical records, supports workers’ compensation and return-to-work activities, advises on PPE, and coordinates safety teams. Partners with operations and management to reduce workplace risks and improve safety performance.

Supervise technical cleaning operations in an industrial manufacturing facility. Lead, coach, and train team members; ensure safe work practices; plan and complete cleaning scope of work; communicate with managers and customers; support continuous improvement using PDCA; monitor resources, quality, EHS objectives, reporting, and performance.

Coordinates and maintains the organization’s Quality Management System and EHS programs. Responsibilities include quality and EHS reporting, ISO compliance support, audit coordination, corrective action tracking, supplier performance monitoring, controlled document management, management review preparation, data analysis, and continuous improvement reporting. The role works with site operations, auditors, suppliers, certification bodies, and leadership while supporting internal and external audits and up to 15% travel to operational sites and audit events.
