Support maintenance operations by ordering, stocking, and entering MRO parts into CMMS; dispatch and document maintenance work orders; assist with repair documentation; work with vendors for pricing; follow equipment manuals and ISO EHS/quality standards.

Lead and coach a production team on-site to ensure safe operations, meet Leadec scope of work, drive continuous improvement (PDCA), complete required reports, evaluate and train team members, and support EHS and quality systems (ISO 14001/45001/9001).

Oversee daily logistics operations including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, staff supervision, carrier coordination, performance metrics, process improvement, and compliance with safety and shipping regulations.
