Manages human resources functions for New York dealership locations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee changes, compensation and benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, performance management, investigations, unemployment and workers’ compensation processes, and HR policy support. Partners with managers and payroll, maintains confidential employee records, advises employees and leadership, and supports reporting, training, orientations, and special HR projects.

Support dealership financial operations by processing accounts payable and receivable, posting daily deals, preparing monthly check runs and 1099s, reconciling statements and VISA, maintaining tax exemption and W-9 records, assisting month-end reconciliations, and supporting the Controller on projects.
