Sells dealership finance, insurance, aftermarket products, and extended warranties to vehicle customers. Processes finance and lease deals, secures approvals, manages regulatory and transaction paperwork, handles rate quotations, collects fees, and ensures accurate title, lien, and tax documentation. Supports sales teams with current finance programs, maintains customer satisfaction, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Requires automotive F&I or sales experience, sales and insurance licenses, manufacturer certification, and a valid driver's license.

Supports dealership accounting operations by processing accounts payable, posting invoices and deals, reconciling statements, preparing checks and receivable statements, maintaining vendor tax documentation, managing sales tax exemption certificates, and assisting with month-end reconciliations. The role also provides administrative support to the Controller, requires strong organizational and communication skills, and includes occasional travel to company locations and training.
