Manages and evaluates instructional managers, coaches leaders and teachers, oversees professional learning, monitors instructional quality, and guides assessment implementation. Partners with school leadership to improve student outcomes and maintain effective learning environments.

The role manages operational data, organizes outreach and attendance plans, supports building readiness, assists with device inventory, and helps coordinate school events and initiatives.
