Leads teacher development and instructional improvement in an elementary school. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, evaluating, and coaching teachers; conducting classroom observations and feedback cycles; developing individualized coaching plans; supporting curriculum and standards implementation; facilitating professional learning; analyzing student and teacher data; and managing teacher performance and growth.

Supports instruction and supervision of students with disabilities under certified teacher direction. Implements IEP accommodations, prepares instructional materials, documents progress, reinforces behavior plans, communicates with families and staff, and assists with personal care needs such as feeding, toileting, dressing, lifting, and mobility. Also helps maintain classroom order, operates classroom equipment, keeps records, attends professional development, and participates in IEP meetings and related school activities.

The Instructional Manager coaches, evaluates, and develops K-12 teachers through classroom observations, feedback, professional learning plans, and performance reviews. They support curriculum and standards implementation, facilitate teacher training, analyze instructional and student data, and collaborate with school and network academic leaders to improve teacher effectiveness and student outcomes. The role also includes recruiting, onboarding, managing, and motivating teachers while leading professional learning initiatives.
